Jackie Coogan's first movie after Charlie Chaplin's The Kid was an adaption of George Wilbur Peck's novel Peck's Bad Boy and His Pa. San Francisco's Wigwam Theater promoted the movie with a scooter track along the sidewalk that children could ride upon. The track drew great crowds.
