Larry Semon appeared in person at San Francisco's California Theater, supporting his own "Lightning Love" and Woman to Woman with Berry Compson. Alfred Hitchcock was assistant director of Woman to Woman. When director Graham Cutts was away, Hitchcock directed some scenes. The American Company Famous Players-Lasky produced the film in Britain.
