"Dizzy Daddies" was a a 1926 short comedy produced by Hal Roach. The film starred James Finlayson, who is best-remembered for supporting Laurel and Hardy, always funny Spec O'Donnell and cute Sally O'Neil.
A note at the bottom of this ad says that it is a cornerblock provided to theaters to use in newspaper advertising.
