GR Stewart, manager of the Iris (Not Isis) and America Theaters in Casper, Wyoming, promoted Buster's short comedy, "The Blacksmith" with an animated figure. Some poor kid had the job of moving the cut-out's right arm to hit the anvil.

"Day Dreams" was partially filmed in San Francisco. Buster is pursued by cops, and escapes by grabbing a Northbound Powell Bay cable car, which he rides around the turntable at Bay Street, and hops off later on Columbus Avenue.

Buster waits to hop on a Powell-Mason cable car on Columbus Avenue. The cable car's dark green paint renders it difficult to see Buster.

Buster Keaton married Natalie Talmadge on 31-May-1921. Her two sisters, Norma and Constance were big stars. People direct a lot of prejudice against Natalie, but I suspect that Buster was a hard person to live with at that time. The bride and groom look thrilled.
