Dulcy was a comedy film based on a play by George S Kaufman and Marc Connelly. Constance Talmadge played Dulcinea Parker, a stereotypical dumb blonde. Note the dumbbells swirling around her head.
Sidney Franklin directed. The film is probably lost.
