I first saw Cantinflas as Passepartout in Mike Todd's Around the World in 80 Days. I thought he was wonderful, but I found it difficult to see his other movies. Sometimes I would dial by a Spanish-language television station and see him. Even though he made movies until 1982, I never saw one in a theater. People who know say his use of language was wonderful.
