In honor of the Lunar New Year, the Year of the Goat, here is "Goofy Goat Antics," a 1931 cartoon directed by Ted Eshbaugh for the Van Beuren Studios. It was a color cartoon, but only monochrome prints survive. This may be a rerelease title. The original title was "Goofy Goat." When my daughter was young, I told her about Goofy Goat; she thought I was kidding.
