Sir Christopher Lee has died. He was a veteran of World War II. He was the only person involved with Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings movies who had met JRR Tolkien. He had a long career and was still working. He could act, sing and write. He played all the great movie monsters in Hammer films with his good friend Peter Cushing. He was a villain in a Bond movie.
